Service Description

Provides evidence-based harm reduction programming. Includes:  

  • Clean injection and inhalation equipment,
  • Drop off for used injection and inhalation equipment,
  • Naloxone Kit distribution,
  • Safe sex supplies,
  • Fentanyl and benzodiazepine drug test kits,
  • Harm reduction/infectious disease/safe sex education and resources,
  • Needle pick up,
  • Outreach services,
  • Assistance to connect to internal and external support services.  

Eligibility

Available for anyone 16 years of age or older. Services are available by appointment or walk-in.

Location Description

The Harm Reduction Supply Exchange Program is provided through the back door of the health centre. Those with mobility issues or those with children can access the front door for services, including access to harm reduction supplies.

Hours of Operation

STC Health Centre: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Harm Reduction Supply Exchange Program: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays 12:00 pm (noon) - 5:00 pm.
