  • Through the Affordable Access Program, eligible individuals/families can purchase transit passes at 20% reduced cost.
  • City of Regina and Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services partner to offer a Discounted Pass Program for eligible low-income earners in Regina for a price of $25. Apply for the Discounted 31 day pass by contacting the Transit Operations Centre (306-777-7433).
    • Available to people participating in one of the following provincial programs: Saskatchewan Assured Income for Disability (SAID); Saskatchewan Income Support (SIS); Saskatchewan Employment Supplement (SES); or Saskatchewan Employment Incentive (SEI).
  • The U–Pass is a program for University of Regina and Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies students to allow students to use Regina Transit as much as they like for a once-per-semester fee of $90.00. Contact the University of Regina Students’ Union or SIIT for details.
