Service Description

An emergency transitional housing program for youth (ages 16 – 18), offering an immediate, safe place to live while obtaining secure, long-term housing. Offers 10 bedrooms that can accommodate youth for 30 days at a time. Inclusive and supportive for all genders and sexual orientations. Youth have access to:

  • Private bedroom, nutrition, laundry facilities
  • Medical Services
  • Onsite Ministry Liaison Worker
  • Mental Health and Substance Use Services (onsite Addictions Counsellors and Mental Health Nurses)
  • School Services and Supports
  • 24/7 On-site Staff Support
  • Mobile Ground Zero Outreach (7 days a week; 4:00 pm – 8:00 am)

NOTE: Accepts emergency admissions 24 hours, seven days a week.
