Service Description
Visit the website for information on recreation facilities in the city of Regina which offer year round sport, fitness and swimming/aquatics, leisure, cultural, and fine arts/crafts programs for people of all ages and abilities including:

An online Leisure Guide is published multiple times a year and lists all of the recreational services available.
Through the Affordable Access Program, eligible individuals/families can purchase Leisure Passes for 50% off the regular price and can participate in registered programs at 80% off the regular price (to a maximum of $160 discount per family member).
Application Process
Three ways to register for City of Regina leisure programs:
- Online: visit Regina Recreation Online
- Phone: call the PlayLine at 306-777-7529 (306-777-PLAY)
- In Person: visit the Fieldhouse, Lawson Aquatic Centre, Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre, North West Leisure Centre, or Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre to register at the information desk.
