Service Description

Provides a safe space for young people (ages 12 – 25), where they are supported and encouraged to come exactly as they are. They welcome and respect people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, ethnicities, faiths, race/nationalities and abilities.

HOMEBASE is designed by youth for youth, where youth feel safe to access the support and services they need, as quickly as possible, while honoring each youth’s unique story.

Youth will be able to access services facilitated through a trauma-informed, community-focused lens. Participants will also have access to snacks, a public phone, free Wi-Fi and computers.

Application Process

Services will be available for both scheduled appointments, as well as walk-in services to accommodate the needs and lifestyles of those who will access services.
