Service Description
Aims to improve family safety, functioning, and child well-being so families can remain together. Provides services to the whole family to support safe care of children, prevent out-of-home placements, or assist with reunification after a child has been in care.
Families receive support to address issues in their home. Staff are available 24/7 for on-call support and meet with families at scheduled times, unless otherwise directed.
