Service Description
Provides basic health-care services and 24 hours emergency services in the communities of Black Lake, Fond du Lac and Uranium City. Provided by Primary Care Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Home Care Nurses. Physicians are contracted through Northern Medical Services (NMS) and provide regular doctor days, as well as on call services.
Doctor Clinics:
- Athabasca Health Facility – Monday to Thursday (2:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
- Black Lake Clinic - Wednesdays (11:00 am – 4:30 pm), Fridays (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
- Fond du Lac Clinic – Tuesdays (11:30 am – 5:00 pm), Thursdays (10:00 am – 3:00 pm)
- Unanium City Clinic – 2nd or 3rd Monday of the month (10:00 am – 3:00 pm).
