Service Description
Provides settlement-based English language training to newcomers to Canada.
- Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)
- Stage 1 and 2 Language Instruction
Free childcare is provided for the evening classes.
Eligibility
◾ Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) - Permanent Residents ◾ Stage 1 and 2 Language Instruction - Permanent Resident, Open Work Permit holder, or a recent Canadian Citizen (within the last ten years)

◾ Permanent Residents - contact the Moose Jaw Multicultural Office at 306-693-4677.
◾ Temporary Residents, Provincial Nominee, or new Canadian citizen- contact the Moose Jaw Newcomer Welcome Centre at 306-692-6892.
