Child Care

A licensed child care home that provides care and supervision for up to nine children between the ages of six months and 12 years. Operated in the provider’s private residence. Child care provider is fluent in Urdu and Punjabi languages. Child Care Subsidy accepted.

Philosophy

Programs/Activities

• Circle time activities include show and tell, nursery rhymes, storytelling, dancing, etc.
• Routine is flexible due to weather, mood, and interest of the children
• Minimum of one hour of outdoor play per day, weather permitting
• A variety of age appropriate activities available that are variable to keep the interest level of the children

Nutrition

• Menus follow Canada’s Food Guide
• Children will be served a meal or snack at a minimum of three-hour intervals that meet their nutritional needs
