Fire and Protective Services
Provided by: City of Saskatoon

Provides services in:

• Fire Suppression
• Emergency Medical Services (EMS) – pre-hospital medical emergencies
• Technical Rescue – low and high angle rope, confined space and trench rescue. Water rescue includes surface, dive, night dive and ice rescue.
• Dangerous Goods – chemical leaks, gas spills or accidents involving dangerous goods cargo.
• Inspections & Investigations – The Fire Prevention & Investigation team assists with fire permit approvals, compliance inspections and post-fire investigations.
