Provides counselling in person or by phone/virtually for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address issues such as:

• Couples/Families
• Domestic Violence
• Sexual Assault
• Stress
• Bullying
• Addictions
• Spiritual.

Modalities include EMI – Eye Movement Integration, CBT – Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT – Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EFT – Emotional Focused Therapy, SFT – Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy.
