Subsidized Spay and Neuter Program – Initiative of the City of Saskatoon, the Saskatoon Academy of Veterinary Practitioners and the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Waste Utility Subsidy – Provides a rebate to eligible low-income households on the cost of utilities. Eligible low-income households may apply for the subsidy once a year until 2026.
