Service Description
Provides an assessment of lifestyle and food choices, along with a discussion about what individuals are hoping to learn or gain from the appointment. Appointments are tailored to interests and knowledge level. They also run a Diabetes Management Classes upon request.
Works with clients to create goals and an action plan to best fit individual life and nutrition needs. Progress is monitored and follow-up appointments can be scheduled. Offers help with a variety of nutrition concerns including:
- prediabetes
- type 1 and 2 diabetes
- heart disease
- high cholesterol
- kidney disease
- liver disease
- nutrition in cancer
- nutrition in pregnancy
- food allergies, intolerances and more.
